SZN Support is an NDIS provider serving Penrith, the Blue Mountains and greater Sydney. The people visiting an NDIS provider's site are often participants, parents or support coordinators who are comparing providers and want to feel confident before they reach out. The site needed to explain the services in plain language, feel warm and personal rather than clinical, and make getting in touch easy.
Process
We organised the site around the five NDIS supports SZN offers (daily living skills, support coordination, transport, personal care and community participation), each explained in everyday words instead of NDIS jargon. We introduced the co-founders by name so families know who they'll be dealing with, and added testimonials from participants and families. "Get In Touch" buttons appear throughout and lead to a simple form that asks which service someone is interested in, along with a direct phone number and email.
Result
A professional, approachable site that helps families and coordinators understand SZN's services and contact them with confidence. Enquiries arrive already tagged with the service the person needs, which makes follow-up quicker.
