JI Prestige offers mobile car detailing across Sydney plus a studio for bigger jobs like ceramic coating and paint correction. Detailing is a trust purchase: owners of nice cars want to know you won't damage their paint, and the difference between a quick wash and a full paint correction is hard to explain over Instagram DMs. They needed a site that made them look premium and made their packages easy to understand.
Process
We built a clean, premium-looking site that lays out four clear packages, from the Mini Lab (interior refresh and 5-stage wash) up to the Ultra Lab (multi-stage paint correction), so customers can see exactly what they get at each level. We put their care standards up front: premium products that are safe on matte paint, Alcantara and suede, with no acids or harsh degreasers. That answers the biggest worry before a customer has to ask.
Result
Customers can now compare packages on their own and pick the right level of service, instead of going back and forth in messages. The business has a professional home that matches the quality of its work.
